  • The customer remains responsible for its WhatsApp Business account and phone number.
  • Silverbyte may receive WhatsApp messages and related information through the customer's authorized WhatsApp Business integration.
  • Messages and related information may be processed and stored by Silverbyte for the purposes authorized by the customer.
  • Silverbyte may use this information to provide CRM, payroll communication, customer-support, notification, and other software functionality requested by the customer.
  • Silverbyte does not sell WhatsApp message content or customer contact information to third parties.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights and permissions to communicate with its employees, customers, or other recipients through WhatsApp.

WhatsApp and Meta may separately process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide and operate our software and services
  • Provide payroll and employee-related functionality
  • Provide CRM and customer-management functionality
  • Send or receive communications requested by customers
  • Process WhatsApp messages when a customer has enabled WhatsApp integration

Where your information was submitted to us by a business customer (employer or service provider), we may direct you to that organization to action the request.
